After 23A update: Adjust Individual Balance Responsive Page :, while performing Adjust Individual Balances on employees, UI fails with below pop-up message (no additional text).

Error 0

Another pop-up shows below error:

An application error occurred.  See the incident log for more information.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to My Client Groups 

2. Select Payroll

3. Select Adjust Individual Balance.

4. Pick the value for balance LOV and notice the reported error.
