Goal
Customer is using Constrained plan.
Reviewed example with item 1234587, there is forecast in org Org1 with due date in Jan 2023 and forecast for org Org2 with due date in May 2023.
The sourcing rule for org Org1 is rank 1 transfer from Org3 and rank 3 transfer from Org4. There is enough on hand in Org3, but instead of using on-hand and rank 1, the plan is creating planned order for transfer from Org4.
Why is the on-hand in Org3 not used for the forecast in Jan 2023?
