ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Activating the subscription does not update the amended product line which is in under amendment status
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Product line, in under amendment status, should activate after activating the subscription at the header level.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Amend a Product Line
2. Observe a new Product Line is created in draft
3. Active the Subscription at the Header level
4. Observe the amended Product Line status not changing
