Subscription product line with future 'Bill From' date are showing as being interfaced on the Billing Summary.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Subscription product line with future 'Bill From' date should not have interfaced.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Subscription Product lines with future billing date.
2. Close the Subscription Product lines with future billing date.
