Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------
After making "Bill-to Contact" field visible in the Subscription Summary page, the field is not visible. It's also greyed out from available fields on Application Composer.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------
Bill-To Contact field is visible in Subscription Summary page.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------
1. Open a Subscription and notice that the Bill-to Contact field is not visible.
2. Go to Application Composer and try to add it back to Selected Fields in Summary Page.
3. The Field is greyed out and can't be selected.
