ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
User is facing an issue in Position of Costing UI where whenever user updates the information in Costing of Position, system will reset the value of one of the segments, say, Segment4 to "00000".
This happens for the first update of the day. If user further updates the segment value from 00000 to something else, then the segment value is not reset back to "00000".
For eg:
Percentage Segment1 Segment2 Segment3 Segment4 Segment5
25 3552 10850 33092 52961 100
25 3552 10850 33092 52705 100
50 1253 10850 33714 52868 100
The issue is that when user updates the Percentage of Cost Accounts for the first time in the day, then the value of the segment "Program" for all the 3 lines is overridden with value "00000" and appear as below.
Percentage Company Operating Units Cost Center Program Fund.
Percentage Segment1 Segment2 Segment3 Segment4 Segment5
25 3552 10850 33092 00000 100
25 3552 10850 33092 00000 100
50 1253 10850 33714 00000 100
When user updates the the contributions of Percentages and re-sets the values of the segment "Program" from "00000" to their original values, then the update remains the same.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
When user updates any information like Percentage, the values of the segment Segment4 (or any other segments) should not be reset.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Fusion Applications.
2. Navigate to My Client Groups > Show More > Costing of Positions.
3. Search a position and go to page Edit Costing of Position.
Click Edit > Update > change the values of the Percentages.
Submit the changes and navigate back to Costing of Position for the same position and observe that the value of one of the segments is changed to "00000".
