Downloading a Contract from the Contract Terms tab results in error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Enterprise Contracts and create a new Contract

2. Edit the Contract and add Contract Terms

3. Select the Contract Terms tab click on Terms Actions

4. Download Contract in Word format
 
5. Observe the error occur
