Billing Milestone Events Created Through Rest API Are Not Displayed In UI (Doc ID 2950697.1)

On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, REST/Web Services

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating the Billing milestone from the REST API, it is getting created with "201 Created" status. But when opening the same subscription and related product, under Pricing >> select Charge >> The milestone just created from REST call is not reflected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After the correct REST API is consumed the UI is expected to display the billing and revenue milestones associated with the product.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use REST API to create the billing milestone
2. Confirm with 201 created status
3. Navigate to Subscription Management and open the Subscription
4. Open the product
5. Navigate to the Pricing sub tab
6. Click on the sale price charge
7. Notice that the Sale price: Billing and Revenue Recognition Milestones section is empty
