On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Setups and Configuration
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer has stand alone setup in planning, that is source is not fusion. Data is loaded using FBDI. They are trying to publish data from supply plan to the supply chain collaboration. The relationship is not getting created.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Supplier relationship should be created.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Run supply plan
2.Publish order forecast
3.No relationship is created
