EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Be able to pass a Note via comments to Buyer from Contract Fulfillment Lines to Purchase Order.

STEPS
-----------------------

Issue can be reproduced at will following these steps:

1. Go to Contract workspace > enter a Buy intent Contract.
2. Go to Fulfillment tab > Open or Create a Fulfillment Line > Add a comment.
3. Click on the Actions button above the list of Fulfillment Lines and select Create Purchase Order (PO).
4. The Comments don't get passed to the Purchase Order (PO).
