Symptoms

In 23B Release, when running Backlog Management Plan for Organization, the Start Backlog Planning ESS job completes with following error:

ERROR:
ERROR |XXXXX|ServiceServer_X|Total sales order lines requested is XXXXX|An exception occurred while inserting demands and invoking inline refresh : null


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define Priority Rules, Backlog Management Rules, Plan Options
2. Collect Assignment Set
3. Run Start Backlog Management
4. Monitor ESS Jobs for the progress
