ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Problem Report page not opening for all the users

Few users are not able to open Problem Report page in Quality module.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Users should be able to open problem reports

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Supply Chain Execution
2. Quality Management
3. Create Problem Report
