Symptoms

Seeded and Custom TAD stuck in Error

Steps:
1. Navigate to Manage Transaction Account Definitions: Purchasing
2. Transaction Account Definition (TAD)  stuck in Error even not allowing to Activate


Error:
A system error occurred. Contact your help desk. (XLA-870557)
