User with Custom Role is Not Able to Search a Subscription (Doc ID 2956866.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Specific user with custom role is unable to search Subscriptions or Contracts.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Specific user should be able to search for a Subscriptions or Contracts that they have access too.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Login with user having custom role that was known to work before

2. Go to Subscription work area

3. Search for a Subscription

4. Observe Subscription not appearing in the user interface (UI).
