ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Renewal template attributes are not getting defaulted into the subscription Renewal Controls tab when a new subscription is created
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected to see the Renewal Controls tab get defaulted with renewal template values when a new subscription is created.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Manage Subscription Rules create a subscription rules with a Renewal Rules Template and Subscription Profile
2. Create a new subscription with the same Subscription Profile as above
3. In the Subscription Summary tab, navigate to Renewal Controls
4. Observe no attributes defaulted from the Renewal Rules Template above. Only the 'Internal approval' has a defaulted value.
