ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Object Name drop-down does not show any value for selection while creating Group Criteria in Balance Profile and Balance Code in Subscription Management for allowances.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
List of object for selection should be available to select values from the drop-down list when creating a Balance profile.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Balance code or balance profile Attribute and edit/create new line.
2. Observe that there is no Object value displayed for selection in the Object Name list drop-down.
