On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Billing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Unable to create a Contract in RMCS for Subscription after all the required scheduled process to fetch the data from subscription to RMCS have been ran.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The system should be able to create the contract in RMCS after all the scheduled processes have been ran.

 

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1.Run the following ESS jobs:

a.Validate Customer Contract Source Data
b. Identify Customer Contracts
c. Send Subscription Revenue Information to Oracle Revenue Management Cloud

2. Navigate to Subscription Management
3. Open the Subscription
4. Click on Actions -> Send Bill Lines to Receivables directly from the UI
5. Notice that the Contract is still not created in RMCS.
