ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Existing billing line allows credits to exceed the billing line amount.
The application is allowing multiple credits on the same line.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Existing bill lines should not allow multiple credits that will allow amounts to exceed the original line amount.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take a subscription with existing Billing.
2. From Subscription, create a credit memo for entire amount.
3. Interface the lines to Account Receivables (AR) and Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS).
4. Apply another manual credit memo.
