Contracts Extracted From BI Reports Can't Be Found In Contracts Management UI

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
----------------------
Unable to find contracts in the user interface (UI) that can be found using BI reports, this despite having ownership of the contract and having all the required privileges to access the Business Unit.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
----------------------
System returns all contracts through UI that were retrieved from BI when searching them by Contract Number.
STEPS:
----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Extract All Contract Numbers from a BI report.
2. Go to Contract Management and search for the extracted Contracts by Contract Number.
3. See that some of the Contracts extracted from BI are not found using UI.
