Import Suppliers

Scenario: Migrating Supplier data from EBS to Fusion Application via FBDI

Customer records do not exist (Go to Manage Customers, search by Registry ID, data is not found).

Import Supplier Template has Registry ID (PARTY_NUMBER) populated.

Import Supplier fails with error:

Registry ID, Value provided is inactive or invalid.

If you blank out the value of Registry ID (PARTY_NUMBER),  Import Suppliers is executed successfully. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate Import Suppliers template, populate Registry ID (PARTY_NUMBER) field
2. Run Import Suppliers
3. Review Import Suppliers process failures in Import Supplier Report pdf file:

See error:

Registry ID, Value provided is inactive or invalid is displayed.
