Invoice Text From Billing Summary Is Replacing Special Characters With HTML Tags (Doc ID 2969358.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

When utilizing a special character (e.g. ®) in the Invoice Text of the Product Summary, the Invoice Text in Billing Summary is generated with the HTML tags instead of the utilized symbol (e.g. Invoice Text has '&reg' instead of the inserted '®').


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
----------------------
Utilized characters are shown as used in the Billing Summary and they are not replaced with HTML tags.


STEPS:
----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Add a Product to Subscription.
2. On Subscription Summary see that there's a special character.
3. Click on Actions and Generate Billing Summary.
4. On Product Billing Summary see the HTML tags instead of the special characters.
