On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The user has updated an address in the Manager Customers task with an end date, this address is still visible to end users while creating a subscription or updating the shipping address.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
End dated addresses should not be visible in UI

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. End date an address from Manage Customer task for a customer
2. Try to select this address while updating/creating a subscription for the billing/shipping address field.
