On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Demand Planning

Unable to select level members in demand plan definition.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Demand plan -> plan options

2. Under plan items, Select a hierarchy

3.  The level and level member LOV is empty
