Unable To Modify The "From" Email Address Used By BPM Notifications From Enterprise Contracts (Doc ID 2972304.1)

On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Functional Setup Manager

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After following the KM 2927737.1, notification emails that are sent From Enterprise Contracts are still using the default From email: "{env}.sender@workflow.mail.{dc}.cloud.oracle.com".

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
Email used for Contracts notifications changes to the one inserted for profile code "ORA_OKC_SHARE_EMAIL_REPLY".

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------
1. Follow KM 2927737.1 for the setup.
2. Go to Enterprise Contracts and do an action that will send a notification (e.g. Submit a Contract for approval).
3. See that the email sent has default From email: "{env}.sender@workflow.mail.{dc}.cloud.oracle.com".
