Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------


The payment method option is displayed with a technical name instead of the “Name”: "Purchase Order"
The PO number is not displayed after saving the subscription



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The payment method is expected to be displayed with the Name, not the technical name
PO Number is expected to be saved after the subscription is created

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new subscription
2. The Payment Method name is displayed with a technical name and PO number is not displayed
