ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Subscription Milestone UI screen under pricing charge section popups and multiple scrolling is required to get to UI. This is impacting customer UI experience

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Popup should be displayed correctly, without adjusting display resolution.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Subscription product pricing tab from UI
