Supply Chain Collaboration - Manage Order Forecasts And Commits - Download Search Results Gives An Error (Doc ID 2977444.1)

Goal

The user noticed different behaviors with different users.

One user is able to download the Search Results without any issues. The downloaded file has the data in it.

Whereas another user when clicking to download the file, gives an Error.

Error -
"The file was not downloaded or was not downloaded correctly" & "No records exist in the table to download"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Manage Order Forecast
2. Action “Review Scheduled Downloaded Files”
3. Gives an Error
