Included Warranty is Created Without Hierarchy for the ATO Model Item

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

INLCUDED WARRANTY IS CREATED WITHOUT HIERARCHY FOR THE ATO MODEL ITEM
Post Machine shipment, Included Warranty created on reprocessing the IB transaction is displayed without hierarchy.
Installed Base is displayed with the hierarchy of the ATO model item as expected, but the Inlcuded Warranty associated in Subscriptions tab is not displaying hierarchy. Also the parent Asset and the Star Item are added as individual items in the included warranty > covered levels tab.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Assets at the covered level created after processing records created from the sales order should have a complete hierarchy of the child assets.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a subscription with included warranty from Sales order screen
2. Process the IB records
3. Review the asset hierarchy at subscription covered level
