ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The contract start date for extended warranty item is not same as that from CPQ.

User facing issue with the contract start date for extended warranty item. Below is the Scenario

Scenario: User created the sales order from CPQ by adding standard item(It has Base warranty) and extended warranty item. The contract start date of the base warranty item is 2023-08-31 and The contract start date of the Extended Warranty item is 2024-09-01 00:00:00, when we process this order, the asset is getting created for both base warranty item and extended warranty item, but the issue we are facing is the asset start date of extended warranty item is showing as "2023-08-31" instead of "2024-09-01".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Warranty creation should happen with correct dates.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Sales order from CPQ having included and extended warranty.
2. Update start dates for both of the lines with a gap of one year.
3. Process warranty creation and observe the covered lines in fusion.
