PO Number field is not available at Product Details Page even after selecting the Payment Method as Purchase Order.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

PO Number field is expected to be available at Product Details Page even after selecting the Payment Method as Purchase Order.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select the Payment Method as Purchase Order.

2. PO Number field is not available
