Symptoms

 The "Fetch Subscription Invoice Information from Receivables" ESS has increased the running duration from one or two minutes to several hours and ending in error

After a time the ESS Jobs submitted are stuck in "Running" status.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the job
2. The ESS job is finished in error
