PRC:RSSP: Cannot See Extensible Flexfield (EFF) Item Information in Requisition Product Details

Symptoms
After enabling the opt-in feature: Display Item Extensible Information for Master Items in Requisitions, the Extensible Item Information does not display on the Products Detail page in the Requisition.
It is understood that the Extensible Item Information is not supposed to display on the search page, and it requires drilling down to the Product Details to see it. But the Extensible Item Information does not display there either.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable Opt In feature
2. Follow all steps in doc
3. Go to Requisition Search Page > Extensible Item information does not display
4. Drill down to product details > Extensible item information still does not display
