On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, Sales and Operations Planning

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to select S&OP Plan name in manage planning cycle.

While creating Sales and Operation planning monthly cycle under Manage planning cycle , the S&OP plans are not appearing in the LOV

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
S&OP Plans should be available in the LOV to select

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sales and Operation planning > Task > Manage Planning Cycle > Action > Edit >
2. In the Plans LOV few S&OP plans are not visible
