Symptoms
When attempting to add a personal payment method with a payment amount equal to percentage and the percentage is 7, the following error occurs.
The value 7.000000000000001 for the Percentage field exceeds the maximum number of 2 decimal places allowed

-My client group>Payroll>Personal Payment Methods
-Search and select employee>ensure the employee already have the PPM existed. Click add to add another account, enter 7 on the Percentage field, when tab out of the percentage field, the system will add the % side making it 7% which is correct. However, when click Create, the error The value 7.000000000000001 for the Percentage field exceeds the maximum number of 2 decimal places allowed is presented.
