Symptoms
Unable to add new Descriptive Flex fields values to Next Generation Supplier Self-Service Registration on Company Details page and on Contacts Page.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

In the Setup and Maintenance work area, use the Manage Profile Options setup task to create
this profile option under the Oracle Supplier Model. application:
ORACLE.APPS.FND.APPLCORE.FLEX.DEPLOY.ANONYMOUSRESTSUPPORT. This
profile option must be enabled and updatable at site level.
In the Setup and Maintenance work area, use the Manage Administrator Profile Values setup
task to create a profile value Y for the preceding mentioned profile option at site profile level.
In the Setup and Maintenance work area, use the Manage Supplier Registration Descriptive
Flexfields setup task to edit the Supplier Profile descriptive
Create a new supplier and the DFF LOV"S do not show up
