Tax Recoverability Not Consistent for Intercompany Transactions Between Receivables and Payables (Doc ID 3050127.1)

Symptoms

For an inter-company transaction, the AR invoice has 7.5% Tax calculated. The same tax on AP side should be Non-Recoverable.
Attached 0% Tax Recovery Rate to the Tax Rate applied on AR and AP Invoices, but the Tax on AP Side is becoming 100% Recoverable.
