Fusion CMR: Why Is Accrual Clearing Adjusting Inventory Valuation In Actual Costing (Doc ID 3056279.1)

Goal

User is using Actual Cost method. There is requirement in which when Accrual Adjustment is done then Costing System should not update Inventory Valuation/Layer Cost. Rather it should get write off without touching valuation, even though On Hand exist. User have not enabled Propagate cost adjustment.
