Oracle VM Manager Does Not Show Exact Memory Information of Oracle VM Server (Doc ID 1069169.1)

Symptoms

You added more physical memory on the Oracle VM Server to run more VMs on it. However, the Oracle VM Manager does not show the correct amount of memory of the server, instead it is showing only the old memory size.

With the old memory size on Manager, you get the following error when trying to start more VM:

However, the VM can be started manually on the server by 'xm create'.

Added more physical memory on the server to run more VMs.
