Symptoms

On EL5, errors occurs from time to time in the secure.log:
May 11 10:28:16 host su: pam_keyinit(su-l:session): Unable to change UID back to 0
May 11 10:28:16 host su: pam_unix(su-l:session): session closed for user oracle
