Oracle VM: Permanent Up/Down Link Between Host Fiber Card And Fiber Switch (Doc ID 1231458.1)

Symptoms

After installing Oracle VM 2.2.1, you get the permanent up/down link between host fiber card and fiber switch on dom0. Errors can be found in system log:
