Compute Node message log says:
  logrotate: ALERT exited abnormally with [1]
  kernel: scsi 8:0:0:0: rejecting I/O to dead device

  kernel: FAT: Directory bread(block 30640) failed
  kernel: scsi 8:0:0:0: rejecting I/O to dead device
