Symptoms

In some cases, it is not possible to remove a snapshot area for root file system with an error "Can't remove open logical volume 'snapshot-name'" like:

Changes

This may happen after rebooting the Operating System after creating a snapshot area for root file system.
Before rebooting the OS, this never happens even if the snapshot has been created.
