Symptoms
Oracle VM Manager 3.0.x reports the status of an Oracle VM Server as "Running (Error)".
Despite the error status, guest Virtual Machines continue to operate correctly on the affected Oracle VM Server.
The "Running (Error)" status prevents any further action being performed against the Oracle VM Server within Oracle VM Manager e.g. starting or migrating a guest VM.
Changes
The affected Oracle VM Server may have recently experienced a critical issue.
