Symptoms
You are configuring a connection to an iSCSI storage server within Oracle VM Manager 3.x, however physical disks are not listed within Oracle VM Manager.
However, the expected physical disks are visible and listed on Oracle VM Servers e.g.
Changes
The multipathd service on Oracle VM Server(s) was recently stopped and/or disabled.
