Symptoms
OCFS2 signature gets written to disk causing data corruption:

OCFS2 filesystem is being used on top of Linux LVM with Oracle Database. Data when later migrated to ASM, the data gets corrupted after migration. Using OCFS2 on an LVM file system is not supported.
