Oracle VM 3.x - High Disk I/O at the Guest VM Causes Excessive CPU usage by blkback processes On Dom0

- On PVM Guests, when high i/o load is issued to the /dev/xvd devices, it causes all the corresponding "blkback" processes at the Dom0 (Control domain) to consume almost 100% CPU time.
- The I/O issued at the Guest VMs goes very slow and takes up a long time for its completion and thereby increases the system load.
