"qperf", which is a tool to measure bandwidth and latency between two nodes, sometimes reports lower performance like below:

This typically occurs via fast network device, like 10 gigabit ethernet or Infiniband.

The command can be interrupted by pressing <ctrl> + <c> key combination.
