QLogic cLOM8214 Network Ports Does Not Show A Link in OVM (Doc ID 1604862.1)

Symptoms

Link is not detected for network cards cLOM8214.

 OVM Manager GUI shows the port as down,  and in VM Server the ethtool utility could not recognize link.
