Oracle VM Manager is hosted as a VM guest in the pool being controlled by itself (described as OVMM VM guest in later of this article). After start this OVMM VM guest by executing command "xm create ..." on an Oracle VM Server,  this OVMM VM guest is shown as Stopped in Oracle VM Manager Web GUI, instead of Running.
