Files and Directories Listing (ls -ltr), Shows a Trailing Character Dot (.) in the Permission Field in the Output

Files and directories list (ls -ltr) command suffix the character dot in the permission on output. Even after disabling the SELINUX, the "ls -lrt" shows trailing dot at the end of many files/folders.
The trailing dot needs to removed.
